N. Gene Criss, age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 9, 2016.
Gene was born November 8, 1942 in Ethridge, TN. He relocated to Florida in 1963 to pursue a career in sales and later a 45 year career in aviation, manufacturing and consulting.
He loved spending time on the water fishing and having Sunday meals with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Patricia R. Criss. One son, Kenny Criss (Jill), two daughters, Angie Stalquist (Jacob), Charlotte Bireley (Christopher), nine grandchildren: Kayla, Karis, Michael, Talan, K.C., Brody, Cru, Kersti and Conrad.
Gene will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
