Naomi entered Heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ from her home in Vero Beach' Tuesday September 22, 2015. Her husband John and her Hospice nurses were with her.

She was born to Sidney and Sybilla Krumheuer in their home in Ft. Atkinson WI November 21, 1933. Graduating from Ft. Atkinson High Naomi was accepted as a student in Integrated Liberal Studies at the University of Wisconsin in Madison WI. A passionate vocal student, Naomi sang in various University Choirs, Musicals and as a Messo Soprano soloist in Mendelssohn oratorio "St Paul". while at school.
Graduating in 1955 with a BSc. Education, Naomi majored in Social Studies and Elementary Education. Before teaching in Jefferson, WI schools, Naomi toured Western Europe for 8 weeks to broaden her Classical studies. Returning from Europe, she began teaching that September and married John E Beardsley December 31, 1955. Their journey together brought them to Chicago IL, Ft Atkinson, WI, Sunnyvale CA, Paddock Lake WI, Kenosha WI, Canfield, OH. and finally Vero Beach FL.

Naomi enjoyed making learning a joy to so many students in private and public schools. She was headmaster of Lower School at Kemper Hall in Kenosha, where both sons attended.

Naomi sang in as a soloist and in choruses at venues in Prague and Bruno Czech Republic, Cracow, Poland, and Budapest Hungary as well as Ft. Atkinson, Janesville, and Kenosha, WI; Palo Alto, Cupertino and San Francisco, CA (where she played guitar and sang with Joan Baez and Pete Seeger); Youngstown and Boardman, OH and finally Vero Beach. FL She was a member of Treasure Coast Choral, Silver Tones and First Presbyterian Chancel Choir with dear friends here in Vero Beach.

As a swimming instructor, Naomi taught more than 4000 children and adults to safely swim. She utilized her backyard pool and also taught YMCA and Red Cross courses. Outdoor pursuits of Kayaking, swimming and camping brought the family to Florida

2005 - 2008 found Naomi and her husband recruiting and training Bible Study Teachers, 4-5 months each year, for Community Bible Studies International in Costa Rica. While on mission they produced visual training materials for Spanish classes.

Naomi was preceded in death by her brother Alden and her mother and father. She is survived by her sons Brian and Stephen, their wives Sandra and Karen, 3 grand daughters: Allison, Emily and Kelly, 3 grandsons: Mark, Kevin and Thomas and one great grand son Kaydin born this July to Kevin and Heather. John her loving husband of 60 years completes the list of survivors.

Services are to be arranged in Vero Beach, FL and Canfield, OH. Memorials in lieu of flowers should be designated for Hospice of the Valley Youngstown, OH or VNA Hospice of Vero Beach 920 37th Place, Vero Beach, FL, 32960. Naomi will be interred in The Memorial Garden at First Presbyterian Church. Vero Beach.
