Nicole "Niki" Lewis, 45, of Sebastian, FL, passed away May 24, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

She was born March 8, 1974 in Toledo, OH and had been a resident of Indian River County since 1993, coming from Lexington, KY.

Niki worked 20 years with Indian River Medical Center and was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church.  She was an animal lover and had a vibrant sense of humor.

She leaves her memories to be cherished by her husband of 24 years, Tommy Lewis; children, Kasey and Zachary; father, William Clawson; brothers-in-law, Danny and Kenny Lewis; sister, Debbie "Flip"Gerthoffer; dear friends, Francesca Sangalli, Michelle Cohen and Dana Prowell as well as numerous caring friends and family.  She also leaves her beloved fur babies, Milo, Sky and Mia.

A memorial service will be held 3pm, Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Vero Beach.  Memorial contributions may be made to Halo Rescue, www.halorescuefl.org/memorials or to the Susan G. Komen Foundation at www.komen.org , in memory of Nicole Lee Lewis.
