Norwood Kordie Anderson, 72 of Sebastian, FL passed away Friday, September 24, 2010 at Sebastian River Medical Center.
He was born June 21, 1938 in Perth Amboy, NJ and was a resident of Sebastian since 1987, coming from Bloomsbury, NJ.
Prior to retirement Mr. Anderson was a truck driver for the Johnsmanville Inc in Manville, NJ for 28 years.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Ann Anderson of Sebastian, FL; two sons Thomas Edward Anderson of Ottsville, PA, Kurt N. Anderson of Northam, PA; four daughters Karla Lamendola of Pittstown, NJ, Jill Trimmer of Milford, NJ, Jean Karpenko of Pillsburg, NJ, Kathryn Kullman of Baptistown, NJ; one step-son Thomas Bettuccio of Sebastian, FL, three step-daughters Josie Hoyt of West Easton, PA, Joy Bettuccio of West Easton, PA, Jill Semberi of Alpha, NJ; 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5-7:00 PM on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel in Sebastian, Florida. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM with Rev. Gary Moore officiating. Out-of-town memorial service will be held at 2:00 Pm on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at St. Marys Catholic Church in Pittstown, NJ.
