Patricia Keenan, 85, of Vero Beach, FL formerly of
Brooklyn, NY passed away on March 11, 2015 at her
home. She was a devoted wife and caring mother and
treasured spending time with her family. She was
passionate about traveling and enjoyed working for
many years in the travel industry. She was strong in
faith and very active in the Catholic Church. She
volunteered for Respect Life and many other
organizations that were dedicated to helping others.
She is survived by her son Steve of Boulder, son
Chris (Teresa) of Boston, son Michael (Maureen) of
Pembroke Pines, daughter Kathy (John) of Pompano,
son Kevin (Joy) of Coconut Creek, grandchildren
Krystal, Kelly, Brian, Karen, Eileen, David Colleen, Jack,
great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Mya and Aaliya.
A visitation will be held at the Cox-GiffordSeawinds
Funeral Home, 1950 20th St in Vero Beach
from 5-7pm this Wednesday, March 18, 2015 with a
prayer vigil to follow. A Mass of Christian Burial will
be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 10am at St. John
of The Cross Catholic Church, 7550 26TH St. in Vero
Beach and the burial will follow at 2:15pm at South
Florida Memorial Cemetery at 6501 S. State Road 7 in
