Patricia Anne Lavins, 73, passed away December 2, 2017. She was born May 31, 1944 in Washington, DC. She was a resident of Vero Beach, FL since 1996, coming from Gaithersburg, MD. Patricia was formerly an administrative assistant with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for 25 years.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 33 years, Richard J. Lavins; her son, Mark Wooley (Crista) of New Hampshire; her grandchildren, Brian and Kyla Wooley; her brothers, Stephen Spare, Mark Spare, and Edmund Spare; and several nieces and nephews.
