Patricia Ann Suermondt's Obituary
In loving memory of Patricia A. Suermondt who was born November 25, 1928 and passed away on August 23, 2017 at VNA Hospice House. We could not have asked for a more loving, caring, and giving mother. We love you dearly and you will always be with us, an angel among us, now an angel watching over us.
Survivors include her loving sons, Michael Henderson and Mitchell (Shirley) Henderson, Brian Suermondt; granddaughter, Jennifer Addeo; greatgrandchildren, Alison Owens, Aaron Addeo and great great grandchildren, Brenden and Kynleigh.
Funeral Services will be private.
