Paul Augustus Cassinari, 83, Known to many for his great smile and easy laugh, "Paul the Barber" passed away at his home in Vero Beach, Florida December 10, 2015.

Born on April 4, 1932 and raised in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Paul graduated from Fitchburg High School and served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He returned to Fitchburg where he worked in his father's Walton St. Barber Shop, before becoming an agent for Met Life, where he worked until retiring and moving to Florida.

Paul leaves behind his devoted wife, Sharyn (Jenkins) Cassinari, his brother Peter M. Cassinari, his children Lisa Tellier and her husband David, Christopher, Michael, Peter and his fiancee Elisabeth, John and his husband Tony; his grandchildren, Jeff, Angela, Chelsea, Julian, and Sophia; and his former spouse Margaret Par.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Maria (Cattalini) Cassinari as well as his brother Joseph and sisters: Eleanor, Doris and Virginia as well as his best friends John P. Kittredge and Raymond A. Berube.

Services will be held on January 4, 2016 at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery located at 111 Glenallen, Winchendon Massachusetts at 1:00 pm
