Paul "David" Cooper age 53 of Vero Beach Died on Thursday February 16th, 2012 at his residence.

He was born January 25th, 1959 in Wise County, Virginia and was a local resident for 12 years coming from Boston, Mass.

He worked for many years in the medical and non-profit field and was a caring, tireless, and determined advocate for the homeless and those unable to care for themselves. He touched hundreds of lives.

He is predeceased in death by his (Parents) Paul Cooper and Lucy (Gilbert) Cooper, (Sister) Samantha Duncan, (Brother) Gary Cooper, and recently his Life Companion of 30 years Arthur "Buddy" Harrington.

Survivors include his sisters, Victoria (Cooper) Snoha of Vero Beach, Fl and Kathy (Cooper) Collier of Melbourne, Fl.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 with a Memorial Service at 4:00 PM at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach with the Pastor Seth Goldsmith of Costal Community Church officiating.
