Pauline A. Castro, 68 of Barefoot Bay, FL passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian, FL.
She was born June 11, 1941 in Freetown, MA and was a resident of Barefoot bay for 3 years, coming from Taunton, MA.
Mrs. Castro had worked part-time at the Palms and Hospice as a nurse. She was a member of the Swingers Bowling League, the Moose Lodge in Sebastian, the Dart Club and loved dancing and was an excellent oil painter.
She was predeceased by husband Valerio Castro in 1996.
Survivors include her sons: Valerio Castro III of Middleton, MA, Kevin Castro of Taunton, MA, William Castro of Barefoot Bay, FL; daughters: Chrystal Castro of Navato, CA, Darlene Personeni of Taunton, MA; sisters Irene Lavoie of Barefoot Bay, FL, Gloria Costa of Melbourne, FL; brothers: Joseph White of Barefoot bay, FL, William White of Halifax, MA; nine grandchildren; one goddaughter; several nieces and nephews and companion James Dilley of Barefoot Bay, FL

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 26, 2009 at St. Lukes Catholic Church 5055 Micco Rd, Barefoot Bay, FL.
