Peter C. Reeves, 80, of Vero Beach, FL died Sunday, December 26, 2010 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mr. Reeves was born December 8, 1930 in Dulwich, London, England. He has been a resident of Vero Beach since 1993 coming from Park City, UT.
He was a member of St. Helens Catholic Church.
Mr. Reeves immigrated to the United States in 1957 and joined the Firemans Fund Insurance Company in New York as an Ocean Marine Manager. In 1964 he joined Lawton-Bryne-Bruner Insurance Company in St. Louis, MO. He later became Partner and Executive Vice President of the company. He retired in 1985.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Winifred Reeves.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Rita; sons, Timothy and Eric Reeves, William and Michael Hollman; daughter, Laura Baumann. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Chicago, IL.
