Obit: Philip B. Riner

Philip B. Riner, 83, of Vero Beach, FL died Monday, October 10, 2011 at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.

Mr. Riner was born in South Bend, IN and moved to Vero Beach in1984 from St. Louis, MO.

He was a graduate of Indiana University where he was a member of ATO fraternity. Mr. Riner was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Navy, and had been the Advertising Manager for Lincoln St. Louis. He was a member and former president of the Automotive Advertisor's Council.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years Lois A. Riner of Vero Beach; son Todd Riner of Denver, CO; daughter Nancy Bertelsmeier of Kansas City, KS; and three grandchildren.

Service: Interment with Naval military honors will be at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL on Monday, October 17, 2011.
