Phyllis Sue Deweese, 86 of Sebastian, FL died Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at her home.
She was born June 13, 1923 in Keanan, WVA and was a resident of Sebastian for 11 years coming from St. Albins, WVA.
Mrs. Deweese was a homemaker and was a member of Riverside Church.
Survivors include her husband of 68 years Carl Dempsey Deweese of Sebastian, FL; sons Danny Deweese of Alta Loma, CA, Jerry Deweese of Sebastian, FL; daughters Patricia Ann Stratton of Morganhill, CA, Jacqueline S. Laster of San Ramon, CA, Sonja K. Chappel of Pleaston, CA; brother Leon Daughrty of Nitro, WVA; sisters Myrtle Hogan of Columbus, OH, Edna Van Cenern of Union, WVA; twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
No services are planned locally. She will be sent to Broyles Funeral Home in Union, WVA for burial in Fairview Cemetery in Union, WVA.
