Phyllis T. Guson, 88, of Barefoot Bay, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2010 at the Royal Palm Healthcare & Rehab in Vero Beach.
She was born September 14, 1922 in Boston, MA and was resident of Barefoot Bay for 30 years coming from North Reading and Melrose, MA.
She was active in the Italian Club and Bocci Clubs and, a former member of the Home Owners Association in Barefoot Bay. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards with her friends.
Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Flynn of Sebastian, FL, Elaine Lyman of Tewksbury, MA and Marilyn Guson of Tewksbury, MA; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Gabriel F. Guson and her parents Theresa and Milano Santosuosso.
Visitation will be held at Croswells Funeral Home in North Reading, MA on Monday. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresas Church in North Reading on Tuesday with burial to follow at the Riverside Cemetery in North Reading, MA. Flowers may be sent to the Funeral Home. All family and friends are invited to attend.
