Phyllis Stanley 76, of Vero Beach, died on Friday, January 21, 2022, with family by her side. She was born to the late Fred and Pearl Wheeler on April 5, 1945, in White Plains, New York. She received a BA in childhood psychology from the University of Tennessee. She was married to the late George Stanley.

Phyllis is survived by her children; Suzanne & Tomas Velazquez of Vero Beach, Jim & Angie Regan of Sebastian, her grandchildren; JR & Erica Reeves, Jimmy & Jennifer Regan, Krystal & Chris Dean, and her six great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Phyllis's Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Riverside Assembly of God Church in Sebastian.
