Raimunda Escobar Ardon, 88, of Vero Beach, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Indian River Medical Center.

She was born on March 15, 1925 in Texistepeque, Santa Ana, El Salvador and lived in Vero Beach for 18 years, coming here from El Salvador.

Mrs. Ardon was a homemaker and a member of the Fuente de Poder Church in Vero Beach.

Survivors include her sons, Oscar Saul Ardon, Roberto Rafael Ardon and Jose Danilo Ardon all of them from El Salvador; daughters, Amanda E. Ardon from Vero Beach and Mirna Luz Ardon from El Salvador; ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00 p.m, Thursday, January 23, 2014 with a Memorial Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home. Severo Valdes officiating. Burial will be at a later date at family's cemetery in El Salvador.
