Obituary: Ralph E.. Stokes
Ralph E. Stokes, 90, of Vero Beach, FL died Friday, May 20, 2011 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Stokes was born April 17, 1921 in Cleveland, OH and moved to Vero Beach in 1998 from Oklahoma City, OK.
He graduated with a BA in Music Education from Baldwin Wallace College. He was a veteran of WWII serving as an aviator in the U.S. Navy. Ralph retired from the Department of Transportation, NTSB Division.
Survivors include his daughter Sallie Kaible of Long Island, NY; sons Ralph E. Stokes III of Oklahoma City, OK, David L. Stokes of Vero Beach and Keith D. Stokes of Long Island, NY; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
