Ray Lisk, 91, of Vero Beach, passed on Saturday May 12, 2018 in his home.

Ray was born to the late Margaret (Govern) and Raymond G. Lisk on March 29, 1927, in Bayonne, New Jersey.

Ray married June Reich on October 7, 1950, in New Jersey and resided in numerous locations including Dallas, Houston and Angel Fire, New Mexico.   They moved permanently to Vero Beach in 1995.

Ray served in the US Navy as Pharmacist's Mate Third Class beginning in May 1945.  He was honorably discharged in July 1946.

Ray is survived by his two sisters: Audrey Lotz, of Clark, NJ and Marie Truncali, of Richfield, NJ. He is also survived by his five children: Susan (Paul) Lisk of Oxford, England; Cynthia (Monte) Farquhar of Redlands, CA; Raymond (Laure) J Lisk, Jr. of Louisville, CO; Jody (Duane) Jacobson of Gilbert, AZ; and Gregory Lisk of Vero Beach, FL.  Ray has also left behind 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  Ray was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife of 55 years, June.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Helen Catholic Church on Monday May 21, 2018 at 12:00 pm, followed by Military Honors at the church.  A reception will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 923 19 ^th Pl, Vero Beach, immediately following the service. A private family interment at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens will follow.
