Raymond C. Nowicky's Obituary
Raymond C. Nowicky, 90, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Indian River Medical Center.
Mr. Nowicky was born March 30, 1919 in Baltimore, MD and moved to Vero Beach eleven years ago from Miami, FL.
He was an underwriter for Prudential Insurance Co. in Miami for 35 years and then he served as the Executive Director for the Miami Association of Life underwriters, (Malu) for fifteen years.
He served in the United States Navy as a Pilot during WWII. He was a member of the Buena Vista Exchange Club in Miami, FL and the Navy Pilot Club of Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 11 years Nathlie D. Nowicky of Vero Beach, FL; daughter Marcia Gail Nowicky of Vero Beach, FL and step-son John H. Reese of West Palm Beach, FL.
Services: A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach, Fl with Rev. Carl Aull officiating.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
