Raymond H. Simpson, 93, of Vero Beach died June 18, 2011 at the Indian River Medical Center.
Mr. Simpson was born November 14, 1917 in Canton, Ohio. He served in the United States Coast Guard during WWII, as a American Merchant Marine in Oceangoing Service during the period of Armed Conflict.
He has been a resident of Vero Beach, FL., since 1982.
