Richard J. Durling, 76, of Queensbury, passed away on January 1st in Fort Pierce, Florida.

He was born January 25, 1937 in Nekoosa, Wisconsin to the late Albert and Anna (Goetz) Durling.

Dick spent his working years in photography, a world he loved.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather, who was so proud of his family with strong ties throughout his life.

He is survived by his loving wife and constant companion, Margaret; his daughter, Amy (Bob) Cahan; son, Michael (Deanna Johnson) Durling; his beloved grandsons, Coby and Avi Durling and Deanna's children, Jeanine and Daniel Rodriquez, and his sister, Mary Anna (Bob) Whiting.

He was predeceased by his brother, Edward (Jeanne) Durling, and sister, Francis Renard.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at St. Helen's Catholic Church in Vero Beach, FL.
