Richard L. Falk, 80, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mr. Falk was born February 25, 1929 in Cleveland, OH and moved to Vero Beach six years ago from South Hutchinson Island where he resided for 18 years after moving from New Rochelle, NY.
He graduated from the University of Michigan with a business degree and served in the US Army during the Korean War. Mr. Falk then became a management consultant in a public accounting firm before becoming Chief Financial Officer for Hertz and lastly was Vice President of Citibank in New York City. Mr. Falk was an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of the Vero Beach Yacht Club, Campfire Club, and the Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle, NY.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years Carol Ann Falk of Vero Beach; daughters Sue Ann Salimbene of North Potomac, MD and Lynann Zanella of Bethel, CT; son Richard L. Falk of Tuckahoe, NY; and five grandchildren.
Services: A Mass will be celebrated 10 AM, Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
