Richard M. Nelson, 74, of North Hutchinson Island, Fl and formerly of Ft. Lauderdale, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL. Richard was born November 17, 1933 in Chicago, IL to Russell M. and Irma (Baer) Nelson.
Prior to retirement he had owned Nelson Messenger Service.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Frances A. (Baltrusaitis) Nelson; four loving children including son Ricky Nelson of Ft. Pierce, son David, and his wife Kathy, of Dallas, TX, daughter Kristy, and her husband Thomas Miller, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and daughter Kathy, and her husband Jose Quinones, of Tampa, FL; five beloved grandchildren Douglas, Kyle, Alicia, Stephen and Alexander; and most precious great-granddaughter Alicen.
