Richard Parks, 60, of Vero Beach, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the Consulate Health Care Center in Vero Beach.

Mr. Parks was born August 8, 1952 in Pittsburgh, PA. He had been a resident of Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Miami.

Survivors include his mother, Esther L. Parks of Vero Beach; sister, Mary Beth Lucas and her husband, Terry Lucas of Vero Beach; and brother, David Parks and his wife, Kathy Parks of Davie.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard J. Parks, and his brother, Bernard F. Parks.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach. Burial will follow on Friday, March 29, 2013 at the Woodlawn Cemetery South in Miami.
