Rita Roberta Lehrfeld, 99, of Bay Shore, NY, passed away October 26, 2014, at Life Care Center of Palm Bay, Palm Bay, FL.
She was a native of New York, New York.

Rita was a member of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Bay Shore, NY and she was a charter member of Southward Ho Country Club in Bayshore, NY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Lehrfeld in 1982, and a son, Robert W. Lehrfeld, Jr.

Survivors include her son, Rick Lehrfeld in Vero Beach, FL, a daughter, Kathi Ann Malchuski of E. Islip, NY, a sister, Dorothy Zurmuhlen of Sayville, NY, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be private. The Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
