Dr. Robert Ball, 99, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at his home in Vero Beach,FL
.
Dr. Ball was born December 10, 1912 in Elyria, OH and moved to Vero Beach 10 years ago coming from Okemos, MI.
Dr. Ball served in the United States Army and prior to his retirement he was a noted Limnologist and the Director of the Institute of Water Research at Michigan State University.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years Betty Ball of Vero Beach, FL; daughters Bunny (Glen) Anderson of Okemos, MI and Sue (Doug) Stair of Fort Pierce, FL. Also four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be made to VNA Hospice House, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Services: No services will be held at this time.
