Robert Francis Jamieson was born on August 4, 1929 in Newark New Jersey. He returned to the Lord on April 21, 2013.

Bob, as he was known to his family and friends, was the husband of Marjorie Jamieson (nee Stryker). He was of the Catholic Faith and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church of Vero Beach. They came to Vero Beach, Florida 23 years ago from Point Pleasant, NJ.

Mr. Jamieson was in the insurance business and worked for more than 40 years for the Prudential Insurance Company.

Bob and Marjorie were married for sixty years and had seven children, six of whom are surviving. They are: Barbara Pietrzyk of Pulaskim, NY, Marjorie Lynn Luna of Branden, FL, Michael Jamieson of Flemington, NJ, Donna Fischer of Phillipsburgh, NJ, Robin Klemka of Palm Harbor, FL, and William Aloysius Jamieson III of Flemington, NJ. Mr. Jamieson also has 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren

Mr. Jamieson was predeceased by an infant daughter, Mary Elizabeth Jamieson.

Bob will be missed by his family and friends - especially those at Bobby's of Vero Beach. Golf games will never be the same without Bob.

Arrangements are being handled by Cox, Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory. A Memorial Service and/or Funeral Mass will be held at a later time.
