Robert W. Proctor, 82, of Sebastian, FL, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2010, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. Robert was born August 7, 1928 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and has lived in Sebastian since 1987 having moved here from Ohio. He was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Sebastian. Robert was married 60 years to his wife Joan, of Sebastian. Other survivors include his son William R. Proctor of South Carolina and daughters Elizabeth Steinberger and Nancy Caskey, both of Ohio, 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
