Robert Robbie E. Chalfant, age 42, died Sunday, June 12, 2011. Born in Clewiston, he was a life-time resident of the Brighton Reservation. He was a member of the Eastern Indian Rodeo Association and enjoyed riding rodeo, hunting and pasture riding.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gennie Land Snow. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Kimberly Bailey Chalfant; son, Dylan Chalfant; daughter; Chloe Chalfant, all of Brighton; father, Jack Chalfant; brother, Boo Jack E. Chalfant; and grandmother, Jessie Madelyn Thompson of Frostproof, Fla.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2011, graveside at Ortona Cemetery at 10:00 a.m.
