Robert B. Rogers, 87, of Vero Beach, FL, and formerly of Westport, CT, died April 8, 2010.
He was born in Mt. Vernon, NY and lived in Vero Beach, FL and Old Saybrook, CT.
He attended Amhurst College. He then became a naval aviator during WWII, after which he founded and directed Trendex, Inc., a New York City based market research firm. He retired in 1979.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Maggi Rogers.
Survivors include his children, Marcy, Bob, Janet, Lucy, Martin & Jackie, 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services: Mass will be celebrated 12 Noon, Monday, April 12, 2010 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
