Ronald Brown, 78, of Vero Beach passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.

Mr. Brown was born February 17, 1934 in Muncie, IN. He had been a resident of Vero Beach for 29 years, coming from Indianapolis, IN.

He graduated from Hanover College in Indiana, and then attended law school at Indiana University. After ending his private practice in Indianapolis, he worked for Windsor Regency Company in Vero Beach for 20 years.

He served as a council member at Redeemer Lutheran Church and Our Savior Lutheran Church in Vero Beach.

He was a member of the Exchange Club, and would mentor at the Vero Beach High School.

Ronald enjoyed boating, antiques and spending time outdoors. He loved the time spent with his grandchildren, and enjoyed his work within Lutheran church.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Donna Brown; daughters Elizabeth of Vero Beach, Stephanie of Palm Coast, Beckie of Indianapolis, IN; son Jim of Indianapolis, IN; and 6 grandchildren Allison, Dustin, Kyle, Alyssa, Kristin and Collin.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM on Friday, September 14, 2012 at the Living Lord Lutheran Church in Vero Beach.
