Rose M. Milot, 101, of Vero Beach, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in her home with her family at her side. Rose was born on January 19, 1917, in Belmont, Idaho, daughter of John Byrd Streeter and Emma Badraun Streeter. She married the late Earnest W. Milot in 1937, living in Norcross, Georgia before moving to Vero Beach in 2004.

Rose's family includes Peter Milot and his wife Brenda, Ellicott City, MD; Jean Vacanti and her husband Tony, Vero Beach, FL; Michael Milot and his wife Mary Catherine, also of Vero Beach; Sr. Joan Milot, APB, Monastery of the Precious Blood, Manchester, NH. Rose is also survived by four grandchildren: Leann McElroy, AJ Milot, Mary Elizabeth Milot, and Julianna (Milot) VerStandig and her husband Josh.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in memory of Rose on Thursday, December 27, at 10:00 AM, at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2085 Tallahassee Ave., Vero Beach. A private internment will be held in 2019.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. Helen Church.
