Rosemary L. Neff, 79, of Vero Beach, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013.
Ms. Neff was born November 20, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA. She had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1986, coming from Tuckerton, NJ.
She was of the Catholic faith, and attended Saint John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach, FL.
She was a member of the Red Hat Club.
She is survived by her cousin, Joan Chatham of Vero Beach.
No services are planned at this time.
