Roy L. Phillip, 85 , of Sebastian, Fl died June 9, 2008 at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
Mr. Phillips was born December 29, 1922 in Erwin, TN and moved to Sebastian in 1999 from Hollywood, FL.
He retired from the Dade County Water Department after 25 years. He was a member of the American Legion, Friends of Bill W. And Past President of AFCSME in Miami.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years Carmella; a son Christopher Phillips of Atlanta, GA; a daughter, Jennifer Reilly of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a brother Gerald Phillips of AR; 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to VNA hospice 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, Fl 32960.
