Ruby P. Means, 92, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at the Consulate Health Care of Vero Beach.
Mrs. Means was born July 12, 1917 in Union County, NC and moved to Vero Beach in 1968 coming from Midland, NC.
She was a member of the Community Church of Vero Beach.
Prior to retirement she worked at Anthony Inc. In Vero Beach for 25 years as a sales representative.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Walter Means of Vero Beach; sisters Christine P. Clontz of Charlotte, NC, Doris Edmonds of Locust, NC and Kelly Ann Watkins of Indian Trails NC; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son Billy Hall Morris, Sr.
Services: A graveside service will be held 9:30 AM, Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce, FL.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
