Ruth Elaine Blythe, 84, died Wednesday, June 10th 2015 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL. Born February 1st, 1931 in Indian Run, KY, and a resident of Kentucky for many years. Ruth served as a foster mother to many children. Ruth moved to Florida and made Sebastian her home since the late 1980's. She was a retired hostess at Morrison's cafeteria.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett William Blythe, her parents, Squire Madison and Pearl Gearhart, her son, Terry Blythe & her 10 brothers and sisters. Ruth is survived by her children, Anthony Blythe of Raleigh, NC, Steven Blythe of Winter Park, FL, Jennifer Carr of Vero Beach, FL, Brenda Blythe of Vero Beach, Fl, 21 grandchildren, and 19 great grand children.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 14, 2015 at 3pm at Cornerstone Christian Church, 5950 12th Street, Vero Beach, FL.
