Ruth Emily Castle, 99, of Miami, FL and Vero Beach, FL died July 6, 2014 at her residence.
She was born August 18, 1914 in Cleveland, OH and had been a resident of Miami for 20 years, coming from Denver, CO.
Mrs. Castle was a volunteer for Toys for Tots and the Miami Children's Hospital.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Dolores and son-in-law, Dolf, Fieldman of Vero Beach and 2 nephews, Richard Levine of Miami and Gene Wernikoff of Thailand.
No services have been scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, www.vitas.com.
