Ruth I. Lietz, 83, of Vero Beach, FL died Friday, August 27, 2010 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Lietz was born July 15, 1927 in Oklahoma and moved to Vero Beach one year ago from Franklin Park, IL.
She worked in the office at the East Leyden High School in Franklin Park and was a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW in Bensenville, IL.
Survivors include her sons David Lietz of Vero Beach, Ron Lietz of St. Charles, IL and Gil Lietz of Carol Stream, IL, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Gilbert Lietz.
Services: No local services are planned.
