Sabara Faye Harrington, 83, of Vero Beach died Tuesday, June 4, 2019 with her family by her side.

She was born to the late Leroy and Lula Mae Calhoun on February 15, 1936 in Montgomery County, Ga. She married the late Elmer Harrington in 1959 and live in Ormond Beach, Fl before relocating to Vero Beach, Fl in 1968. They later retired in Vero Beach.

Sabara was a meat wrapper at Pantry Pride until she retired in the late eighties.

Sabara is survived by her children Donna Eberman, Charles Warner, Linda Reibsome and Frances Plourde all of Vero Beach. She is also survived by five grandchildren Jacquelyn Adriance, Thomas Harrington, Daniel Plourde, Donald Reibsome, Jessica Nix and Christopher Heffron and three great-grandchildren Nicholas Hearld, Derek Nix and Keeley Harrington.  Sabara was also survived by two brothers Charles Calhoun and Marcus Calhoun.
Sabara was very active in her grandchildren's life and known to everyone as Mema.

A memorial service will be held at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home on June 19, 2019. The is a gathering from 2-3 pm and then the Memorial Service will be held at 3 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the VNA Hospice House of Vero Beach.
