Sandra Lee Battles, 47, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, July 5, 2008 at her home.
Mrs. Battles was born July 17, 1960 in West Palm Beach, FL and moved to Vero Beach 7 years ago from Anniston, AL.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter and sister.
Survivors include her sons Shannon Battles of Ozark, AL and Chris Battles of Vero Beach; step-son Ken Battles of Palm Bay, FL; mother and stepfather Beatrice and Robert Magness of Fellsmere, FL; sisters Carol Battles of Palm Bay, FL, Norma Lucas of Palm Bay, FL, Betty Scurlock of Anitoch, TN, Joy Magness of Anitoch, TN and Cathy Martinez of Fort Pierce, FL and six grandchildren.
Mrs. Battles was predeceased by her husband Roy Battles, son Daniel Battles and her father Fred Scurlock, Jr..
Services: The family will receive friends 4-7 PM, Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach with a funeral service at 7 PM, Reverend Roger Yates officiating.
