Sandra was born in Boston, Massachusetts and lived in Massachusetts and New Jersey.

Sandra lived in Vero Beach, Florida for the past 17 years.

She is predeceased by her husband Leonard Kurgan and her son Craig Kurgan.

She is survived by her son Eric Kurgan and daughter Jacquie Youngs.

Sandra was a supporter of the public library and an avid gardener.
