Shari E. Watters, 60, of Barefoot Bay, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at her home.
Mrs. Watters was born August 13, 1950 in Forest Dale, VT and has resided here for 10 years coming from Northampton, Massachusetts.
Shari was a homemaker, and a free spirited, kind person who loved flowers and going to the beach.
Shari is survived by her significant other, Jerald Bouchard of Roseland, FL, brothers, James Mumford of Rutland, VT and Judson Mumford, Jr of Brandon VT, sister, Judith Lowell of Rutland, VT, and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Tina Graff, and two brothers, Thomas and Gene Mumford.
