Shirley Ann Guillot's Obituary
Shirley Ann Guillot, 72, of Jensen Beach, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Guillot was born April 4, 1941 in Detroit, MI. She had been a resident of Jensen Beach since 1984, coming from Michigan.
Prior to her retirement she worked as a bar manager.
She was a member of AmVets Post 92.
Shirley is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Lee Carver of Knoxville, TN; Deborah Ann Johns of Jensen Beach; Tammie Lynn Carver of Maryville, TN; Jammie Marie Carr of Severeville, TN; Crystal Lynn Shoemaker of Upper Peninsula, MI; Sheryl Lynn Pesha of Vero Beach; Linda Gail Dorzan of Tampa; son, Lee Edward Forsythe Jr of Maryville, TN; 22 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Edward Forsythe Sr.
No services are planned at this time.
