Obituary
Shirley Hood, 90, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 10, 2024.
Shirley was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Alice Sanderson, her husband Anderson Hood, daughter Beverly and granddaughter Melissa.
She is survived by her son Scott and daughter-in-law Delinda along with grandchildren, Jeremy, Crystal, Scot and eleven great-grandchildren.
Shirley was a native Floridian and Miamian. She was born in Miami, graduated from Miami Jackson High, married at Allapattah Baptist in Miami and will be laid to rest in Miami.
Please join us for a small graveside service to remember her life and love of family on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 11:30 Caballero Rivero Dade North, 1301 Opa-Locka Blvd, Miami, FL 33167.
