SHIRLEY BILBE PAYNE, 74, died peacefully at her home in Vero Beach on April 21st, 2010.
Shirley is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Spitznagel, her son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Buffy Payne, and her four grandchildren, Julia Spitznagel, Kevin Spitznagel, Darby Payne and Rachel Payne.
She was an active member at St. Augustine Episcopal Church where she volunteered her time and service to the Lord. She also believed in giving back to her community as demonstrated by her volunteer work for the Habitat for Humanity.
Memorial contributions may be made, in Shirleys memory, to the Indian River County Habitat for Humanity.
Interment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Park located at 2300 Temple Drive, Winter Park, FL, 32789, on Tuesday, April 27th, at 11:00 a.m.
A memorial service will be held at St. Augustine Episcopal Church on Saturday, May 1st, at 11:00 a.m. The church address is 475 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 34968.
