Susan Kolesnik 75, of Vero Beach, FL passed away January 18, 2018 at St. Lucie Hospice House.

She was born April 28, 1942 in Gary, IN and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 45 years, coming from Dallas Texas.

Mrs. Kolesnik retired from the Indian River County School District in 2000 as a Primary Specialist.  She was an active member of St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach, and served as their pianist since 1999.

She is survived by her sons, Bill Kolesnik and David (Jackie) Kolesnik both of Vero Beach; sister, Gene (Jerry) Mackin of Wimberly, TX; granddaughters, Alexis, Natalie and Elizabeth.  She was predeceased by her husband, Henry in 1998.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:00 pm, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at St. Helen Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
