Ted H. Hodge, 81, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Hodge was born December 31, 1929 in Bristol, TN. He had been a resident of Vero Beach and Greenwich, CT.
He attended the United States Military Academy. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from Columbia University.
He served two years in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Baffin Island, Canada.
Before his retirement Mr. Hodge was a senior executive with IBM.
He served as the Vice President of Development and Board Member for the Greenwich Family YMCA in Greenwich, CT.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Linda; son, Doug Hodge of Laguna Beach, CA; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for Greenwich, CT in June.
