Theresa E. Putman, 87, of Vero Beach passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Putman was born February 15, 1926 in Hudson Falls, NY. She had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1985, coming from Amsterdam, NY. Prior to her retirement she worked as a registered nurse for over 20 years. She was of the Catholic faith, and attended Saint Helen Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband of sixty-five years, Harry E. Putman; daughters, Diane Cotugno of Vero Beach and Ellen Mohr of Vero Beach; son, Jack Putman of Tribes Hill, NY; sister, Betty Gallagher of Hudson Falls, NY; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Putman; brother, Joseph Casey and sister, Ellen Killian. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2085 Tallahassee Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
