Thomas F. Gould, 46, of Boca Raton, FL, died on December 6, 2016 in Boca Raton Regional Hospital as a result of complications associated with his long battle with Leukemia.

Thomas was born on January 18, 1970 to Holly A. Ryan (Gould) and Thomas Gould. He attended Nelson Place Elementary School, Forest Grove Junior High, and graduated St. Peter Marian High School. He was an active member in St. George's Catholic Church, where he served as an altar boy for many years. He enjoyed playing and umpiring for Joe Shwartz Little League and excelled in Boy Scouting, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.

Tom left Worcester to further his education in Florida, attending Nova University and graduating with a degree from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. In Boca Raton he worked as a freelance graphic artist, having many of his original designs used by national enterprises in their advertising and corporate events.

Thomas leaves his loving mother, Holly A. Ryan, of Vero Beach, FL; his supportive brother and sister-in-law, David and Jessica Gould of Fort Pierce, FL; devoted nieces and nephews, Brie, Brynn, Caden and Finn, who adored their Uncle Thomas; his aunt and uncle, Sharon and Edwin Soucy of Huelgoat, France; his uncle, Robert J.Ryan of Worcester, MA; cousins Joshua and Shari Ryan of Northbridge, MA; and the family's longtime friend, J.R. Almeida of Vero Beach. On his paternal side, he leaves his father, Thomas Gould; an aunt; several uncles, and cousins in the Worcester, Ma. area. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Robert and Vivian Ryan and John and Frances Gould.

Tom is remembered by family, friends, and the many acquaintances whose lives he touched, for his thoughtfulness, his ever-present smile and infectious laugh. He possessed a sincere and unselfish willingness to help those less fortunate, through donations to charity and everyday kindnesses.

He was passionate about art and photography, music and dancing, and vintage movies. He was a long-time fan of the Miami Dolphins, and continued to support his native Boston Red Sox. The next time you enjoy watching a game or favorite video, grab a bottle of Coke and some sunflower seeds or pistachios, even a Twinkie, cheer and laugh along with him. Toast his life as you recall fond memories of Tom, which will remain with you always.
