Thomas D. Larkin age 85 of Vero Beach passed away on February 13, 2013 at the VNA Hospice House. Tom was born on January 3, 1928 to Bruce and Irma Larkin in Milwaukee, WI. Tom served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a Mason in Milwaukee, WI. He and his wife were part-time residents in Vero Beach from 1984 to 1995 after which he made Vero Beach their permanent residence. Tom's passion was golf. He was a member of Westmoor Country Club in Brookfield, WI., and Bent Pine Country Club in Vero Beach, FL. He won many awards and was Club Champion several times. Tom is survived by his daughter Lynne Larkin of Vero Beach, FL; brother Bruce Larkin (Rosemary) of Nashota, WI.; granddaughter Nikki Larkin of OK.; sister-in-law Kay Forrer (Dick) of Vero Beach, FL.; 14 nieces and nephews; he is predeceased by his wife of 57 years Joan Larkin and son Jeffery Larkin both in 2009; also by a brother Robert Larkin and Sister Mary Ann Ketter. A Celebration of Tom's life will be held on March 9, 2013 from 4pm to 6pm at the Victoria Condominium Vero Beach, Florida. There will be a second celebration held in Milwaukee at a later date.
